Welcome to the South Bend Record Show! Nestled in the heart of the Midwest, this show has earned its reputation as Indiana's largest and one of the Midwest's most prominent vinyl record events.

Explore more than 90 tables filled with a selection of 30,000+ music items. Discover new and pre-loved LPs, 45s, CDs, cassettes, memorabilia, posters, vintage stereo gear, and storage supplies. You'll find classic rock, pop, metal, punk, prog rock, '80s hits, and more. Select vendors offer blues, jazz, R&B, soul, country, bluegrass, and other genres. Join us as dealers from across the region converge on South Bend six times a year, making this a must-visit event for music lovers.

HOURS AND ADMISSION

9 a.m.-10:59 a.m. Early Entry admission is $7 per person. Please be courteous to vendors who are still setting up.
11 a.m.-4 p.m. General Admission is $2 for adults. Children 12 and younger are admitted free. Admission for large families is capped at $10.

DOOR PRIZES

Enter our door prize drawings. You could win BCW Record Supplies and shopping certificates to be used at the show. Drawings are at Noon and 2 p.m.

Parking is available for free at the Hilton Garden Inn. Customers and dealers should follow Gillespie Conference Center signs and park on the west side of the building.

ATM

There is an ATM in the lobby of the Hilton Garden Inn and the adjacent Inn of St. Mary’s.

DEALER INFO

Tables: Tables are 6 feet and cost $40 for the first, $35 for the second, $30 for the third, $25 for the fourth, and $20 each for a fifth or more. One table is $40, two is $75, three is $105, four is $130, five is $150, etc. First-time dealers may be asked to pay in advance. PayPal preferred. Returning dealers can pay in cash at the show.

Load-In: Load-in begins at 8 a.m. Follow The Gillespie Conference Center signs to the west side of the building. The door through the metal gate is the closest to the room. Bring your carts. There are no carts available from the hotel. Tables are assigned.

Load-Out: The show ends at 4 p.m. Please vacate by 5:30 p.m. Early exit by request after 3 p.m.

Where to Stay: The Hilton Garden Inn offers a 15 percent discount based on availability. Rates vary based on demand. Rooms must be booked 30 days in advance. Call 574-232-7700 and ask for the record show rate.

Food and Drink: Coffee and doughnuts are provided to dealers during load-in. The Pavilion Pantry in the lobby is open 24 hours. You can bring food to the show. Fast food options nearby. Food trucks will be on-site during warmer months.
