INDIANA'S LARGEST RECORD SHOW

The South Bend Record Show brings together collectors, music fans and vendors from across the Midwest five times each year for Indiana’s largest record show.

Browse more than 100 vendor tables filled with over 100,000 new and pre-loved LPs, 45s, CDs, cassettes, posters, T-shirts, music memorabilia, vintage stereo equipment and record supplies. Whether you’re searching for a rare first pressing, filling gaps in your collection or discovering your next favorite album, there’s something for every music fan.

You’ll find everything from classic rock, punk, metal and ’80s favorites to jazz, blues, soul, R&B, country, hip-hop, soundtracks and much more.

VISIT THE SHOW

The South Bend Record Show is held at the Gillespie Conference Center inside the Hilton Garden Inn in South Bend, Indiana.

Parking is free. Follow the Gillespie Conference Center signs and park on the west side of the building.

Need cash? ATMs are available in the lobby of the Hilton Garden Inn and the adjacent Inn at Saint Mary’s.

DOOR PRIZES

Enter our free door prize drawings for a chance to win BCW record supplies and shopping certificates redeemable with vendors at the show. Drawings are held at noon and 2 p.m.

Tables are 6 feet long

$40 — 1 table
$80 — 2 tables
$115 — 3 tables
$145 — 4 tables
$170 — 5 tables
$20 each additional table

First-time vendors may be asked to prepay. PayPal is preferred. Returning vendors may pay in cash at the show.

LOAD-IN

Load-in begins at 8 a.m. Follow the Gillespie Conference Center signs to the west side of the building. The entrance through the metal gate provides the closest access to the show room.

Please bring your own carts. Hotel carts are not available. Tables are assigned.

LOAD-OUT

The show ends at 4 p.m. Vendors should be packed and out by 5:30 p.m. Early departures after 3 p.m. are available upon request.

HOTEL

The Hilton Garden Inn offers vendors a 15% discount, based on availability. Reservations must be made at least 30 days in advance. Call 574-232-7700 and ask for the South Bend Record Show rate.

FOOD & DRINK

Coffee and doughnuts are available during morning load-in. The Pavilion Pantry in the hotel lobby is open 24 hours. Outside food is welcome, and several restaurants are located nearby. Food trucks are available during warmer months.
