The Fort Wayne Record Show brings together record collectors, music fans, and dealers from across Indiana, Ohio, and the Midwest three times each year at Classic Cafe Catering & Event Center.
Browse thousands of new and pre-loved LPs, 45s, CDs, cassettes, music memorabilia, posters, audio equipment and record supplies. Whether you’re searching for a hard-to-find record, filling gaps in your collection, or spending the day crate digging, there’s something for every music fan.
Dealers bring everything from classic rock, pop, metal, punk, prog, and ’80s favorites to jazz, blues, soul, R&B, country, bluegrass, hip-hop, soundtracks, and more.

DEALER INFO
TABLES
Six-foot tables are available at the following rates:
- $30 — 1 table
- $55 — 2 tables
- $80 — 3 tables
- $100 — 4 tables
- $120 — 5 tables
- $20 each additional table
A limited number of 8-foot tables are available at the following rates:
- $40 — 1 table
- $75 — 2 tables
- $100 — 3 tables
- $125 — 4 tables
- $150 — 5 tables
Each dealer may have a maximum of five 8-foot tables.
First-time dealers may be asked to prepay. PayPal is preferred. Returning dealers may pay in cash at the show.
LOAD-IN
Load-in begins at 8 a.m. Tables are assigned.
Please bring your own carts. Carts are not available from the venue.
LOAD-OUT
The show ends at 3 p.m. Dealers should be packed and out by 4:30 p.m. Early departures after 2:30 p.m. are available upon request.
WHERE TO STAY
Several hotels are located near the venue, including Red Roof Inn Fort Wayne, Motel 6 Fort Wayne, Candlewood Suites Fort Wayne and Hampton Inn & Suites Fort Wayne.
FOOD & DRINK
Coffee and doughnuts are available during morning load-in. Dealers may bring their own food and drinks.
Food trucks may be available during warmer months.
ATM
An ATM is available on site. Because demand can be high during the show, attendees and dealers are encouraged to bring cash.
