Southern Indiana’s New Record Show

The Evansville Record Show brings together collectors, music fans and dealers from across the Midwest twice each year at Old National Events Plaza in downtown Evansville.

Browse thousands of new and pre-loved LPs, 45s, CDs, cassettes, posters, T-shirts, music memorabilia, vintage stereo equipment and record supplies. Whether you’re searching for a rare first pressing, filling gaps in your collection or discovering your next favorite album, there’s something for every music fan.

You’ll find everything from classic rock, punk, metal and ’80s favorites to jazz, blues, soul, R&B, country, hip-hop, soundtracks and much more.

Tables are 8 feet long.

$45 — 1 table
$90 — 2 tables
$130 — 3 tables
$165 — 4 tables
$195 — 5 tables
$220 – 6 tables
$20 each additional table

First-time dealers may be asked to prepay. PayPal is preferred. Returning dealers may pay in cash at the show.

LOAD-IN

Dealers should use Walnut Street to access the triple doors closest to Exhibit Hall A for loading and unloading. Carts are available for dealer use.

Once unloaded, dealers must move their vehicles to the free parking lot located to the right of 9th Street (known as the Back 40). Please move your vehicle promptly to keep the loading area clear for other dealers.

LOAD-OUT

The show ends at 4 p.m. Dealers should be packed and out by 5:30 p.m. Early departures after 3:30 p.m. are available upon request. Dealers should use Walnut Street to access the loading area. Vehicles must remain in the designated parking lot until dealers are ready to load.

If you are selling items, it is your responsibility to collect and remit all applicable taxes to the appropriate tax-collecting authorities. For The Record Vinyl is not responsible for vendor taxes or any vendor financial transactions other than the purchase of booth space for this show.

Space is limited. REGISTRATIONS PAID IN FULL receive priority. Once payment is received, you will receive an e-mail receipt and more information. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOUR REGISTRATION IS APPROVED.
