NORTHWEST OHIO'S PREMIER RECORD SHOW
The Glass City Record Show brings together record collectors, music fans and dealers from across Ohio, Michigan, Indiana and the Midwest four times each year at The Stranahan in Toledo.
Browse thousands of new and pre-loved LPs, 45s, CDs, cassettes, music memorabilia, posters and record supplies. Whether you’re searching for a hard-to-find record, filling gaps in your collection or spending the day crate digging, there’s something for every music fan.
Dealers bring everything from classic rock, pop, metal, punk, prog and ’80s favorites to jazz, blues, soul, R&B, country, bluegrass, hip-hop, soundtracks and more.

DOOR PRIZES
Enter our free door prize drawings for a chance to win BCW record supplies and shopping certificates redeemable with dealers at the show. Drawings are held at 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

DEALER INFO
TABLES
Eight-feet tables are available at the following rates:
- $45 — 1 table
- $90 — 2 tables
- $130 — 3 tables
- $165 — 4 tables
- $195 — 5 tables
- $220 — 6 tables
- $20 — each additional table
First-time dealers may be asked to prepay. PayPal is preferred. Returning dealers may pay in cash at the show.
LOAD-IN
Load-in begins at 8 a.m. Tables are assigned.
Please bring your own carts. Carts are not available from the venue.
LOAD-OUT
The show ends at 4 p.m. Dealers should be packed and out by 5:30 p.m. Early departures after 3:30 p.m. are available upon request.
WHERE TO STAY
Several hotels are located near The Stranahan, including Holiday Inn Toledo-Maumee and Hampton Inn Toledo South.
FOOD & DRINK
A free coffee station is available for dealers during morning load-in. Food and both alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages are available for purchase from The Stranahan concession stand during the show.
The Stranahan is a cashless venue.
Dealers are also welcome to bring their own food and drinks.
