The Bloomington Music Expo brings together record collectors, music fans and dealers from across Indiana, southern Illinois and northern Kentucky twice each year at Switchyard Park Pavilion in Bloomington.

Browse thousands of new and pre-loved LPs, 45s, CDs, cassettes, music memorabilia, posters and record supplies. Whether you’re searching for a hard-to-find record, filling gaps in your collection or spending the day crate digging, there’s something for every music fan.

Dealers bring everything from classic rock, pop, metal, punk, prog and ’80s favorites to jazz, blues, soul, R&B, country, bluegrass, hip-hop, soundtracks and more.

DEALER INFO

TABLES

Tables are 6 feet long and cost $50 each.

All tables must be paid for in advance. PayPal is preferred. Table reservations are not confirmed until payment is received.

LOAD-IN

Load-in begins at 8 a.m. Tables are assigned.

Please bring your own carts. Carts are not available from the venue.

LOAD-OUT

The show ends at 4 p.m. Dealers should be packed and out by 5:30 p.m. Early departures after 3:30 p.m. are available upon request.

WHERE TO STAY

Several hotels are located near Switchyard Park, including Fairfield Inn & Suites Bloomington, Home2 Suites by Hilton Bloomington, Hyatt Place Bloomington and SpringHill Suites Bloomington.

FOOD & DRINK

Food trucks will be available on site. Dealers are also welcome to bring their own food and drinks.

There is no ATM on site. Dealers and attendees are encouraged to bring cash.

If you are selling items, it is your responsibility to collect and remit all applicable taxes to the appropriate tax-collecting authorities. For The Record Vinyl is not responsible for vendor taxes or any vendor financial transactions other than the purchase of booth space for this show.

Space is limited. REGISTRATIONS PAID IN FULL receive priority. Once payment is received, you will receive an e-mail receipt and more information. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOUR REGISTRATION IS APPROVED.
