FTR Vinyl is thrilled to continue the tradition of the Bloomington Music Expo! This twice-a-year event is held at Switchyard Park Pavilion.

Explore 55 tables filled with a selection of thousands of music items. Crate diggers will discover new and pre-loved LPs, 45s, CDs, cassettes, memorabilia, posters, and record storage supplies. You’ll find an abundance of classic rock, pop, metal, punk, prog rock, and ’80s favorites. Select vendors carry blues, jazz, R&B, soul, country, bluegrass, and other genres. Join us for Bloomington’s only record show!

DOOR PRIZES

Enter our door prize drawings. You could win BCW Record Supplies and shopping certificates to be used at the show. Drawings are 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.

Parking is available for free.

DEALER INFO

TABLES

Tables are 6 feet and cost $50 each. Registration for the 2026 shows will open in January.  Tables must be paid in advance.

LOAD-IN

Load-in begins at 8 a.m. Bring your carts. There are no carts available from the venue. Tables are assigned.

LOAD-OUT

Show ends at 4 p.m. Please vacate by 5:30 p.m. Early exit by request after 3 p.m.

WHERE TO STAY

There are several hotels within a few miles of the venue. Check back for discount codes for 2026 dates.

FOOD AND DRINK

Food trucks will be available on site. You can bring food to the show.

WIFI

Guest WIFI available from the venue.

REGISTRATION
Space is limited. REGISTRATIONS PAID IN FULL receive priority. Once payment is received, you will receive an e-mail receipt and more information. DO NOT PAY UNTIL YOUR REGISTRATION IS APPROVED.
