FTR Vinyl is thrilled to add the Fort Wayne Record Show to our roster in 2026!
Join us at Classic Cafe Catering & Event Center, 4832 Hillegas Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana.
Explore 65 tables filled with thousands of music items. Discover new and pre-loved LPs, 45s, CDs, cassettes, memorabilia, posters, audio equipment, and record storage supplies. You’ll find classic rock, pop, metal, punk, prog rock, ’80s favorites, blues, jazz, R&B, soul, country, bluegrass, and other genres.
The first 75 people in the door will receive a free record tote bag courtesy of BCW Supplies, who will be in attendance with sleeves, boxes, and more to protect, store, and display your collection.
Cash is the preferred form of payment for vendors. Select dealers may also accept credit or debit cards, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.
DOOR PRIZES
Enter our door prize drawings. You could win BCW Record Supplies and shopping certificates to be used at the show. Drawings are 11 a.m. and 1 p.m.
LOCATION AND PARKING
Parking is available for free.

DEALER INFO
TABLES
Tables are 6 feet and cost the following:
- $30 for 1 table
- $55 for 2 tables
- $80 for 3 tables
- $100 for 4 tables
- $120 for 5 tables
- $20/additional table
There are a limited number of 8-foot tables available, and they cost the following:
- $40 for 1 table
- $75 for 2 tables
- 100 for 3 tables
- $125 for 4 tables
- $150 for 5 tables
- Max of 5 per dealer
First-time dealers may be asked to pay in advance. PayPal preferred. Returning dealers can pay in cash at the show.
LOAD-IN
Load-in begins at 8 a.m. Bring your carts. There are no carts available from the venue. Tables are assigned.
LOAD-OUT
Show ends at 4 p.m. Please vacate by 5:30 p.m. Vendors must not begin to pack up until after 3 p.m.
WHERE TO STAY
Several hotels are in the area including Red Roof Inn Fort Wayne, Motel 6 Fort Wayne, Candlewood Suites Fort Wayne, and Hampton Inn and Suites Fort Wayne.
FOOD AND DRINK
You can bring food to the show. There will be free coffee and doughnuts provided to dealers during load-in. Food trucks during warmer months.
ATM
There is an ATM on site, but we typically clean it out, so come prepared.
