SOUTHWEST MICHIGAN RECORD SHOW
BERRIEN COUNTY'S ONLY RECORD SHOW
The Southwest Michigan Record Show brings together record collectors, music fans and dealers from across Michigan, Indiana and the Midwest twice each year at The Loading Dock in downtown Buchanan.
Browse thousands of new and pre-loved LPs, 45s, CDs, cassettes, music memorabilia, posters and record supplies. Whether you’re hunting for a hard-to-find record, adding an old favorite to your collection or simply spending the day crate digging, you never know what you’ll discover.
Dealers bring everything from classic rock, pop, metal, punk, prog and ’80s favorites to jazz, blues, soul, R&B, country, bluegrass, hip-hop, soundtracks and more.
NEW LOCATION FOR 2027
The Southwest Michigan Record Show is moving to The Loading Dock in downtown Buchanan beginning with our March 7, 2027, show.

TABLES
Tables are 8 feet long.
- $40 — 1 table
- $80 — 2 tables
- $115 — 3 tables
- $145 — 4 tables
- $170 — 5 tables
- $20 each additional table
First-time dealers may be asked to prepay. PayPal is preferred. Returning dealers may pay in cash at the show.
LOAD-IN
Load-in begins at 7:30 a.m.
Dealers can load in through The Loading Dock’s large overhead door or the front entrance.
Dealers with larger loads may want to use the overhead door, while those with smaller loads are encouraged to use the front entrance to help keep load-in moving efficiently.
A limited number of carts will be available. Dealers are encouraged to bring their own dollies or carts.
Once loaded in, please move your vehicles to the dealer parking lot at the far end of the building. Access the lot at 324 E. Dewey.
LOAD-OUT
The show ends at 3 p.m. Dealers should be packed and out by 4:30 p.m. Early departures after 2:30 p.m. are available upon request.
WHERE TO STAY
The Grant Hotel, 206 Days Ave., is a boutique hotel located just minutes from The Loading Dock. Additional hotel options are available in the nearby communities of Three Oaks, New Buffalo, and Niles.
FOOD & DRINK
Breakfast items and coffee will be available for purchase during morning load-in, and the regular lunch menu will be available beginning at 11 a.m. The bar offers both alcoholic and nonalcoholic drinks.
